You will create a welcoming first impression and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Process payments and balance cash transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Complete shift reports and daily task checklists This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building positive guest relationships.
