What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a memorable stay. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
- Answering phones and managing reservations
- Assisting guests with requests and questions in a friendly, professional manner
- Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handling cash transactions accurately
- Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Completing end-of-shift checklists to set the next team up for success
No two days are the same-this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives on great customer interactions.
Schedule
- AM or PM
- 4 days on / 4 days off schedule
What We're Looking For
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Friendly, attentive, and professional attitude
- Dependable and detail-oriented
