Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments through client interviews and standardized tools to evaluate mental health status and emotional well-being, ensuring accurate diagnosis. Create and execute tailored treatment plans that mirror the unique needs and objectives of each client, employing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic effectiveness. Offer various therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using established methodologies in a virtual setting. Monitor client progress diligently, documenting outcomes, and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results. Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, employing effective de-escalation techniques to promote stabilization. Ensure meticulous maintenance of client records, adhering to confidentiality mandates and ethical standards as per state regulations and organizational protocols. Engage in regular collaboration with a diverse team of professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff—to deliver holistic care. Participate in rigorous supervision and professional development workshops designed to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic practices. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work with a varied client group encompassing individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. A compassionate disposition, with a genuine commitment to client welfare and empowerment. Experience with teletherapy services and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms is a plus. Compensation and Benefits At Grateful Guidance, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, along with potential bonus opportunities.
