What Youll Be Doing

Be the first point of contactwelcome customers and set the tone for an excellent experience
Listen, diagnose needs, and guide customers through repair decisions with clarity and confidence
Present estimates in a way that builds trust and makes decisions easy
Communicate proactively so customers always know whats happening with their vehicle
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient, accurate, on-time repairs
Manage repair orders and workflow in a fast-paced environment
Create a customer experience that drives repeat business, referrals, and reviews

What Were Looking For

Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or dealership background a plus)
Strong communicator who can build instant trust with customers
Confident presenting recommendations and closing approved work
Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
Highly organized with the ability to multitask under pressure
Positive, professional, team-first attitude
Experience with Tekmetric is a plusbut not required
