Senior Vice President Agile Coach

Salary: $30,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business or a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 10 to 12 years of experience advising senior IT and business leadership; experience in securities or financial services is a plus.
- Strong command of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods, including Scaled Agile Frameworks, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, coaching and mentoring, facilitation, teaching, and conflict resolution.
- Proven ability to influence decisions, navigate disagreements among multiple stakeholders, and manage Agile initiatives of varying size and complexity.
- Coach enterprise business lines on Agile, technical, and product management practices to increase business agility and team performance.
- Use data analytics and performance measurement approaches to assess Agile adoption, track transformation progress, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Develop and facilitate Agile ways of working and long-term transformation roadmaps across the organization.
- Address enterprise-wide challenges in a structured way and shape scalable solutions before wider deployment or expansion.
- Act as a servant leader and change agent, promoting mindset and behavior shifts through Agile advocacy, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
