Human Resources Business Partner

We're seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team, supporting employees across the US, EMEA, and Australia. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn, flexible, and energized by work that sits at the intersection of people and process—performance management, HRIS and reporting, employee relations, engagement, and the everyday moments that shape culture. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Employee Experience: Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers across the US, EMEA, and Australia on day-to-day HR questions, policies, and processes Onboarding end to end—from offer acceptance through the 90-day check-in—so new hires ramp quickly and feel connected from day one Manage offboarding logistics including exit documentation, system access changes, and knowledge transfer Maintain the HRIS as our system of record—data integrity, employee lifecycle transactions, org changes, and periodic audits Support employee relations matters—intake, documentation, and coordination with HR leadership through investigation and resolution Partner with employees through the performance management cycle—goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and development plans Act as a culture driver across three regions—championing recognition, connection, and inclusion so a distributed team still feels like one team Support hiring activity for the teams you cover—partnering with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and maintaining the ATS HR Business Partner Support: Support performance review cycles by tracking completion, sending reminders, and compiling documentation Administer and maintain leave of absence reports while partnering with the HR leadership team to ensure continuity and insights Administer engagement surveys, analyze results, and create actionable reports with recommendations for leadership and department heads Identify learning and development needs through focus groups, stay interviews, and performance data Support the rollout of engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, employee resource groups, or wellness activities Translate HR data into meaningful insights and trends to inform strategic workforce planning Conduct exit interviews, identify patterns, and provide retention insights to HR leadership Coordinate and promote L&D opportunities including training programs, lunch-and-learns, mentorship initiatives, and professional development resources Generate HR reports and dashboards for leadership review Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field 2-3 years of HR or related experience, with exposure to both the people side and the process side of the work Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week in our downtown Houston office Flexibility in work schedule—occasional early or late hours to support colleagues in EMEA and Australia Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems Knowledge of engagement survey tools and methodologies Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail A great communicator, written and verbal, who builds trust quickly across cultures and time zones Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and HR technology platforms Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus Eager to learn, curious, and comfortable taking on unfamiliar work without a playbook Hard-working and adaptable, with the drive to shift priorities as the business does Current and former college athletes are encouraged to apply.
