Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in front desk operations, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and a proven ability to deliver professional customer service and coordinate office logistics .

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Manage the reception area, including answering phones, greeting and directing visitors, and responding to routine information requests.
• Maintain conference rooms and common areas to ensure readiness and cleanliness.
• Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, packages, and deliveries.
• Copy, print, fax, scan, and file documents to support the CRS team.
• Provide A/V and basic technology support for Clark Street spaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Customer service orientation with strong phone and in-person communication.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail for scheduling and document handling.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a front office environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with A/V equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience supporting recruiting coordination or interview scheduling.
