Job Details This is a full‑time, onsite position at our Avon Branch (35592 Detroit Rd, Avon, OH 44011). Success in this role is measured by building meaningful connections rather than sales goals or quotas. We provide a comprehensive training program to set you up for success from day one. Role Summary We are looking for a high‑performing customer service professional to join our team. Your responsibilities will include handling bank transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and over the telephone, managing the teller window, opening depository accounts, resolving customer issues, and assisting in all areas of the branch. Responsibilities Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and over the telephone. Manage a teller window. Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA). Resolve customer issues. Assist in all areas of the branch. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 6+ months of recent retail bank teller experience and/or 3+ years of high‑volume cash handling experience. Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred. Outstanding customer‑service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor. Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills. Exposure to conventional first mortgages is a plus. Benefits Competitive compensation package ($18.00 – $22.00 hourly).
