Tech Stack: HotDocs, various databases, case management systems Responsibilities Project Support: Assist practice groups with special project work, applying an in-depth understanding of database functionality to perform daily tasks. Data Management: Analyze, enter, and maintain client/matter and subject/case matter information in databases, adhering to established legal team and department procedures. Document Retrieval & Review: Review and maintain databases, conducting searches to locate and retrieve necessary documents and information. Litigation & Discovery Assistance: Help compile, review, summarize, and code pertinent documents for litigation and discovery projects. Project & Trial Preparation: Set up client files for complex projects, including documents for depositions, productions, and trial exhibits, and may assist with the physical setup of trial materials and provide onsite trial support. Qualifications Background: Entry-Level. Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of database and system functionality used in daily legal tasks. Experience: Practical experience analyzing, entering, and maintaining data in databases, reviewing and performing system searches, and assisting with document compilation for legal projects.
