We’re looking for someone who already understands how to generate and close commercial roofing work and can step in and produce quickly. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, GCs, developers, and building owners Generate new business through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals Walk roofs, assess conditions, and collaborate with estimating to develop proposals Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation through close Partner with operations to ensure smooth project turnover and execution Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently hit revenue targets Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience (or closely related industry) Proven track record of generating $3M–$10M+ annually in sales Strong understanding of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified, Coatings, etc.) Ability to climb roofs, perform site walks, and engage clients in the field Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality Strong communication skills and professional presence Interested in hearing more?
