Job Summary**

Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a skilled and certified Automotive Technician (A/B/C) to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in our fast-paced service department. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation** $63,000-$118,000k annually based on experience and performance

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform multi-point inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on various makes and models of vehicles.
* Execute a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, engine repairs, transmission replacements, and complex electrical diagnostics.
* Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify and resolve vehicle malfunctions.
* Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle issues, recommended repairs, and estimated repair times.
* Document all repairs, parts used, and labor hours accurately and thoroughly.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
* Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, new technologies, and factory training.
* Conduct test drives to verify repairs and ensure vehicle performance.

Job Qualifications**

* ASE Certification (A, B, or C level) is required.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an automotive technician, depending on certification level.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
* Proficiency with diagnostic software and tools.
* High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive technology program is a plus.
