Real Estate Administrator

Pay: $28-$30/hr Our client, a highly respected commercial real estate firm in Century City , is seeking a Real Estate Administrator to support the Director of Transactions and the broader Capital Markets team. This role will play a critical part in coordinating debt financing activities, lender communications, transaction documentation, and portfolio-level reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with commercial real estate, lending, asset management, or transaction coordination experience who enjoys working at the intersection of real estate finance and deal execution. Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Transactions with financing, refinancing, and lender-related initiatives. Complete lender forms and coordinate financing requests. Gather, organize, and upload documentation into the firm's debt management platform. Prepare briefing books, lender presentations, and transaction support materials. Coordinate due diligence requests for acquisitions, refinancing, and loan servicing activities. Track loan maturities, lender requirements, critical dates, and financing deliverables. Maintain accurate loan files and financing records across multiple assets. Assist with lender correspondence and follow-up requests. Partner with internal teams including Asset Management, Property Management, Accounting, and Acquisitions. Support special projects and reporting related to the firm's debt portfolio. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, real estate finance, lending operations, asset management, transaction coordination, or loan administration. Experience working with commercial lenders, financing packages, loan documentation, or due diligence materials. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and document management capabilities. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with debt management, loan servicing, or real estate software platforms is highly preferred.
