Executive Assistant

SmartMarket Solutions provides a better-than-a-franchise opportunity built on AI managed "micro-stores" that gives entrepreneurs total flexibility in starting and growing their own business in the unattended retail space. We are a 26-year established company with deep roots and a uniquely strong culture — many of our employees have been with us for 20+ years. We are looking for a sharp, high-level Executive Assistant to work directly with our two founders at our national headquarters. The Role This is a high-trust, high-impact role supporting the two founders across a wide range of responsibilities. You will serve as a key partner in helping them stay organized, informed, and focused on the highest priorities. This role goes beyond traditional ad ministrative work — it requires strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Create, maintain and update a daily Executive Dashboard using CRM data and key business metrics Support founders on projects, priorities, and follow-through across departments Manage email and calendars Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and task management Interact with internal team members, outside agencies, and vendor partners Assist with travel planning, scheduling, and logistics Handle select personal tasks with professionalism and discretion Step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership Strong technical skills (CRM systems, dashboards, spreadsheets, reporting tools Strong AI skills - experience using ChatGPT, Claude, etc. Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive mindset — you take initiative and anticipate needs Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands High level of professionalism and discretion Must be able to work onsite daily in Davis County Open to part-time or full-time depending on fit and availability Benefits package (health, PTO, retirement) Opportunity to work closely with founders in a growing, innovative company Our Hiring Process We are intentional about who we bring into this role and value clear communication and professionalism. #J-18808-Ljbffr SmartMarket Solutions
