The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping individuals and families navigate important legal decisions. Key Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Assist attorneys with client communications and case management. Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and documentation. Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client service. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning (required). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency with legal software and document management systems. Commitment to professionalism and client care.
