Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and market opportunities
- Guide and mentor global cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated scientific solutions
- Manage P&L responsibility for assigned product portfolio to drive revenue growth
- Serve as key representative to customers and industry partners for Thermo Fisher Scientific
- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic product decisions
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 6 years product management experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years in life sciences or scientific instruments
- 5+ years leading global teams in people management roles
- Strong P&L management and track record of driving revenue growth
- Deep expertise in product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization
- Proficiency in voice of customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements (ISO, CE, FDA)
- Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and execute go-to-market plans
Compensation: $192,100–$256,100 base
