Behavioral Technician

Support recovery, change lives as a Behavioral Technician Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 9:30am - 3:30pm (18 hrs a week) Are you driven to make a real difference in the lives of individuals recovering from substance use? Join our dedicated team at Compass Health Network, where you'll provide essential support, compassion, and structure to those on the path to healing. As a Behavioral Technician, (Internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician) you’ll play a vital, hands-on role in our inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment programs. You’ll ensure client safety, offer encouragement, and support recovery through daily structure, observation, and compassionate care.
