Front Office Assistant
Serenity Dental is searching for a Front Office Assistant to join our vibrant team in Magnolia, TX! We place great emphasis on teamwork and encourage collaborative efforts. The best candidate for this role has strong attention to detail and a patient-centered mindset. If this sounds like you and you meet our qualifications below, we want to hear from you!
Compensation: $17-22 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time
- 5-day work week
- Some weekends
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- PTO and paid holidays
- 401(k) options
- Occasional office outings
- Prior hands-on dental front office experience is required
- Experience with Open Dental Software a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Knowledge in treatment planning also a plus
- Ability to answer multiple phone lines
- Experience with insurance verification (PPO and Medicaid)
- Prior customer service experience
