About the Role:

• Certified Nurse Assistant will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians, ensuring the highest level of attention and care for our patients.

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team, ensuring timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes.

• Participate in care planning and goal setting , collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop personalized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and other tasks as assigned.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Support patients with nutrition and hydration needs, including feeding and hydration assistance.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs.

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans.

• Promote a positive and supportive environment, ensuring patient comfort and dignity.

Requirements:

• Certified Nurse Assistant certification in good standing.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients, as needed.
