Title: Payroll Administrator

Location: Waldwick, New Jersey (100% on-site)

Type: Temp/Temp-to-Perm

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

LHH has partnered with a growing organization in the Waldwick, New Jersey in their search to hire a Payroll Administrator. This is a longer term consulting role with the opportunity to become permanent.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees
  across multiple tax entities.
• Ensure labor costs are accurately assigned to the
  appropriate job, project, and cost codes.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance with
  company policies.
• Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll-related reporting.
• Support the Controller and accounting team with payroll administration and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior payroll processing experience required.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with payroll or accounting software is a plus;
  training will be provided on an industry specific ERP system.
