Clinical Research Associate II role focused on clinical trial monitoring activities in a sponsor-dedicated model. The position involves site management, protocol compliance oversight, data integrity verification, and cross-functional collaboration with investigative sites across Southeast locations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials
- Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout trial process
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct
- Perform data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data
- Contribute to preparation and review of study documentation including protocols and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years of Clinical Research Associate experience
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
