Receptionist Position

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional environment while efficiently managing front desk operations. This role supports daily office functions by handling administrative tasks, directing inquiries, and assisting team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor logs and follow security procedures.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room usage.
• Assist with data entry, filing, copying, scanning, and other clerical duties.
• Support company communications by drafting and distributing correspondence.
• Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or education preferred.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in customer service is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
