Remote Recruiting Associate: Sourcing & Screening (US Hours)

Hire Latam LLC is seeking a Remote Recruiting Associate to own the front end of the recruitment funnel. You will build targeted passive candidate lists, perform high-volume cold outreach, conduct initial screenings, and maintain ATS data hygiene. This is a 100% remote, Latin America–based role reporting to the owner during US Mountain Time hours.
