Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll provide direct support to multiple classrooms, serving a caseload of 35-40 students with complex needs in a setting 4 program.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working in educational settings with students exhibiting severe behavior and physical disabilities
• Skilled at conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and writing effective behavior intervention plans
• Comfortable handling necessary documentation and paperwork
• Strong communication skills for debriefing and collaborating with staff and families
• Flexibility and confidence working with a diverse student population
• Contract position suitable for local and travel professionals

Position Details:

• School year runs from September 8, 2026, to June 10, 2027
• Full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Work within one building, supporting classrooms in both South and North Education Centers
• Serve as a resource and support to educators, assisting with implementing intervention strategies
• Manage crisis intervention, data-driven program adjustments, and provide ongoing professional guidance
