Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to management. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.Prepares, reviews, and analyzes reports and data, monitoring for accuracy and completeness and making recommendations for improvementPrepares annual budget and forecasts and conducts account reconciliationsMaintains and reviews records and data to ensure compliance with all corporate policies and all GAAP, local, state and federal lawPerforms month-end closing transactions including preparation of key reportsProvides requested financial information to key stakeholdersDevelops product cost models to support management in decision makingCreates tools, models, and analyses that measure key performance indicators and report to key stakeholdersCompletes supplier audits to ensure compliance with corporate requirementsImplements proper internal controls to contain costs and increase efficienciesSupports continuous improvement initiatives for finance process and information flowDirects staffing, training, and performance management, working closely with direct reports, to develop and improve the accounting function if applicableEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience requiredKnowledge, Skills & Experience DesiredStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and influence individuals at all levels within the organizationAbility to define problems, collect data, articulate insights in a compelling way, and drive recommendations to conclusionKnowledge of finance, financial methods, tools, and strategiesKnowledge of the methods, processes, and tools for maintaining the books of the organization and preparing financial statements and reportsMust be a team player and business partner that can collaborate across various functions of the businessPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentPrimarily works in an office environmentOccasional travel requiredMenasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
