About the Role:

Porto Bello Inc is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team in Boston, MA! This is your chance to craft delicious, high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen environment. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to order specifications
• Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and attention to detail
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cooking temperatures and times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times
• Assist with prep work including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and stocking stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in pizza making, dough preparation, or a similar kitchen role preferred
• Familiarity with commercial pizza ovens
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food handler certification is a plus
