Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and employee benefits, managing payroll operations efficiently. Compliance and Auditing: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations, identifying and addressing discrepancies as needed. Cash Flow Management: Monitor the hotel’s cash flow, forecast future financial positions, and make necessary investment decisions to maintain liquidity.
