Commercial Sales Representative

Job Description Garage Headquarters is hiring a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development in the commercial garage door and loading dock industry. This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, cold calling, and closing new accounts — not account management. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial accounts (B2B sales) Generate leads through cold calling, job site visits, and networking and referrals Sell commercial garage doors, loading docks, service contracts, and repairs Build relationships with general contractors, property managers, warehouses, and industrial clients Conduct site visits, identify needs, and present solutions Manage and grow a sales territory Track pipeline activity and meet sales goals Qualifications 2+ years of outside sales / B2B sales / field sales experience Experience in construction, industrial, service, or building products sales preferred Strong prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, closing) Ability to work independently and manage a territory Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission On-target earnings: $110,000+ Uncapped commission structure Vehicle allowance We offer a competitive compensation, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), 401k with company match, health, dental and life insurance.
