HR Assistant

ProspectBlue is looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join a growing team in a role that offers real breadth — supporting the full employee lifecycle while cross-training in workplace safety and contract compliance. What You'll Be Doing You’ll be the backbone of day-to-day HR operations — handling recruitment coordination, new hire onboarding, personnel file management, benefits administration, employee communications, and compliance documentation. As you grow into the role, you’ll also contribute to safety recordkeeping and contract compliance support.
