Staff Accountant

Growing, multi-entity organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to support general accounting, cash management, intercompany accounting, and treasury functions. This is a hands-on role supporting month-end close, reconciliations, cash reporting, AP, and process improvements. Responsibilities Support day-to-day accounting activities and monthly close. Maintain accurate financial records and complete routine account reviews. Monitor cash activity and assist with cash flow reporting. Handle AP activity for corporate and related business entities. Assist with recurring transactions and reconciliations between business units. Support treasury functions, financial reporting, audits, and accounting process improvements. Qualifications 5+ years of accounting experience with hands-on exposure to AP, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close. Experience with cash management or treasury-related functions preferred. Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles. Strong Excel skills and experience working with an accounting/ERP system. Background working with multiple entities or business units preferred. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
