General Ledger Accountant

To support a growing finance function, the full-time Senior GL Accountant will manage the general ledger and day-to-day accounting operations, overseeing the procure-to-pay cycle and ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly closes in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules for monthly and quarterly closes Own the full procure-to-pay cycle, administering the spend management system and maintaining spend controls Drive system and process improvements across the accounting tool stack to build scalable, well-documented processes Required Qualifications 4+ years of accounting experience with strong general ledger experience in a multi-entity corporation BS/BA in Accounting required Expertise in US GAAP Hands-on ERP experience, particularly in procurement processes and systems Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
