Registered Nurse (RN) - Level 3-4 NICU

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Level 3-4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for a seasonal contract position. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to our vulnerable patients in a fast-paced environment.

Unit Information

• Location: North Austin, TX
• Number of Beds: 97
• Number of Staff: 200
• Patient Ratios: 3-4 patients per RN
• Type of Staff: Primarily RNs, with clerical support
• Equipment Used: Medfusion pumps, Alaris, Giraffe isolettes, GE monitors
• EMR Systems: CPN, Meditech

Shift Information

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Weekend Requirements: To be discussed during the interview
• Call Requirements: None

Qualifications

• Must Have: Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
• Preferred: Candidates with prior travel experience
