Front Office Support

, you will support global Sales and Trading desks through timely trade lifecycle management and the efficient resolution of trade-related queries and issues.

Based within Markets COO, you will support activities across ANZ Banking Group and ANZ Securities Incorporated, working across Global Markets asset classes including FX, Rates, Credit, Money Markets and Commodities. You will partner closely with Front Office, Operations and other support teams to ensure trades are captured, processed and reported accurately while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

As an Analyst for Front Office Support, you will: Manage post-trade lifecycle activities to ensure accurate trade capture, reporting and adherence to operational controls Monitor, investigate and resolve trade-related queries and exceptions in partnership with Sales, Trading and support teams Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements, workflow improvements, booking model changes and new product initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations and enablement functions to identify and resolve business issues Identify and implement process improvements that enhance client service, reduce operational risk and improve efficiency What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Knowledge of Global Markets products, particularly FX, Rates, Credit, and Money Markets products, and an understanding of trade lifecycle processes Strong knowledge of XVA concepts and associated trade lifecycle processes Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to analyse complex datasets and develop reporting solutions Proven ability to build and enhance Excel/VBA tools to support business processes, reporting and operational efficiency Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes Strong customer focus balanced with a disciplined approach to controls, governance and risk management Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system enhancements and process improvement initiatives Experience supporting Front Office, Middle Office or Markets Operations environments Knowledge of financial markets operational processes and trade support functions

The base salary range for this position is US$ 71,250 – 80,750 annual.
