Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards while establishing genuine rapport.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and discuss treatment plans or discharge plans when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each client, ensuring person-centered care.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand client history and mental health needs.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based interventions.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and promote self-reflection.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
