Agency Development Lead

As an Agency Development Lead III at Reddit, you will play a key role in expanding our business by leading our partnerships with WPP You’ll manage and support strategic relationships with the holding company, bringing internal and external stakeholders together to drive shared revenue outcomes You will identify growth opportunities through education programs, decision-maker engagements, and next-generation business solutions for our customers that drive satisfaction and revenue You’ll develop these relationships with a business-building mindset, spearheading partnerships initiatives that benefit our agency partners, their clients, and ultimately generate opportunities for our Sales team Act and serve as a liaison between Hold Co and Reddit to help develop first-class strategic programs and partnerships Formulate and execute quarterly/annual Hold Co Agency go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with overall global corporate/sales objectives Collaborate with all key internal stakeholders, including cross-functional leads, to ensure the successful delivery of the go-to-market strategy Develop and contribute to tentpole events in collaboration with business marketing Be a senior thought leader in the industry, acting as an ambassador and spokesperson for Reddit Formulate and negotiate agency partnership agreements and lead the execution of these agreements Lead and facilitate educational training to inform best practices for using Reddit Work with agencies to uplevel their creative strategy and execution to deliver positive business outcomes for their clients Provide input to Product Marketing and Product teams about advertiser insights and needs related to new products, features, and solutions Partner with sales to develop and create account-level planning initiatives to accelerate acquisition (net new) and same-store (existing) advertiser growth Benefits Comprehensive health benefits Flexible vacation & Reddit global days off Family planning funds & 4+ months paid parental leave Personal & professional development funds Paid volunteer time off Workspace & home office benefits 12+ years of experience in advertising sales and agency relationship managementAdaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing change effectivelyExceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partnersDeep familiarity with the WPP / HoldCo ecosystem and strong relationships across key agenciesExhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skillsTenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challengesDemonstrated expertise in building and cultivating relationships with senior agency decision-makers at the C-Suite and VP Level #J-18808-Ljbffr Reddit
