Assistant Branch Manager We are seeking an energetic, sales-driven Branch Manager to lead a high-visibility retail banking branch and drive growth through team development, member engagement, and community outreach. As the Branch Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations, lead a team focused on exceptional member service, and play a key role in achieving branch goals related to lending, deposit growth, and membership expansion. This flagship location is one of the organization's busiest branches and offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact. Schedule Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Flexible weekday schedule adjustments when working Saturdays Leadership rotation with branch leadership partners Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve sales, service, and operational goals. Drive branch performance through lending growth, deposit growth, and membership acquisition initiatives. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, observations, and performance reviews. Manage branch operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure a seamless member experience. Build strong relationships with current members through proactive outreach and follow-up activities. Handle escalated member concerns and guide staff through complex member interactions. Partner with internal departments to improve service delivery and achieve organizational objectives. Represent the branch within the community through networking events, business development activities, and community outreach efforts. Monitor branch performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve established goals. Qualifications 2+ years of leadership, branch management, banking, credit union, or related financial services experience. Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees. Strong sales and relationship‑building mindset with a track record of achieving goals. Experience reviewing and processing lending opportunities. Knowledge of consumer banking, lending, financial products, and member services. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to obtain and maintain applicable licensing, registration, and certification requirements. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
