Key Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) is required
• Previous experience as an SLP supervisor is essential
• Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Comfort working with K-8th grade students, including diverse language, communication, and developmental needs
• Excellent mentorship and communication skills; strong collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor speech-language pathologists, providing supervision, feedback, and support for clinical growth
• Manage and balance a direct caseload of K-8 students with varying communication challenges
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals and best practices
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate actively in team meetings, IEP processes, and family communications
• Foster a supportive, positive, and inclusive therapeutic environment
