We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, communication, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a solid technical background and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating technical projects from initiation through completion.
• Managing project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Serving as the primary liaison between internal teams, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitating onboarding, training, and adoption of technical processes and tools.
• Providing guidance and support to technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, process guides, and operational best practices.
• Monitoring project performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Tracking project milestones, communicating status updates, and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Supporting organizational change management activities, including communications, training, and documentation.
• Collaborating with engineering, operations, and business teams to align project goals and priorities.
• Contributing to business development activities by providing technical project insights and supporting customer discussions when required.

The ideal candidate:

• Has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Has 5+ years of experience managing technical projects or programs.
• Has experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has experience working with data, reporting, or technical systems.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Has a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience within engineering, manufacturing, technology, or operations-focused environments.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, databases, or cloud-based technologies.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and project management best practices.
• Relevant project management or quality certifications.

The successful candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable navigating both technical and business discussions. They can build strong relationships, drive accountability, identify opportunities for improvement, and help teams achieve project objectives while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
