Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapted to individual client preferences.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices for patient confidentiality.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic and coordinated care for patients.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews, encouraging feedback that enhances treatment effectiveness.

• Providing educational resources and emotional support to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population ranges from adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years’ experience in a clinical setting, focusing on psychotherapy services.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth services is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to connect with patients using remote modalities. Familiarity with community resources in the Brookhaven area is also advantageous, allowing you to provide comprehensive support to your clients.
