Receptionist – The Eliot at Erie Station

Location: The Eliot at Erie Station
Position: Receptionist
Shifts Available:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  (Split shifts available — flexibility preferred)

The Eliot at Erie Station is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and maintaining a calm, organized front desk environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Monitor building access and ensure guest sign-in procedures are followed

• Assist residents with general inquiries and requests

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• Communicate effectively with management and on-site staff

Qualifications:

• Prior receptionist, customer service, or front desk experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills

Schedule:

• Morning shift: 7 AM – 3 PM

• Evening shift: 3 PM – 11 PM

• Must be open to split shift coverage as needed
