Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol CPR Response in Fort Wayne, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support access control operations. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.75 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and deliveries in accordance with established site procedures, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and notifying Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts as appropriate. Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced technology environment. Minimum Requirements CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
