Office Assistant / Administrative Support

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated, organized, and professional young individual to join our growing exporting company in the Medley area as an Office Assistant. This position is ideal for students or young professionals looking to gain experience in office administration, customer service, and business operations within an international trade environment. Responsibilities Provide customer support and assist clients professionally Receive orders from clients and process order information Send orders to production and follow up on order status Create estimates, work orders, and related documentation Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders Answer phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries Assist with data entry and office organization Manage and update social media accounts Support daily administrative and office tasks Use Microsoft Excel and Word for reports and office documentation Qualifications Bilingual: English and Spanish required High school diploma required Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Familiarity with social media platforms QuickBooks knowledge preferred Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn Students pursuing a professional career are preferred What We Offer Friendly and professional work environment Opportunity for growth and hands-on experience Flexible and supportive atmosphere for students and young professionals To apply, please send your resume and contact information.
