Marketing Operations SpecialistNew York, NY (remote)Contract Our direct client is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who will partner closely with Marketing Operations managers, technical resources, and business stakeholders to support campaign execution, audience management, quality assurance, and platform operations. As customer data capabilities evolve, this individual will play an increasingly important role in audience activation, segmentation, and CDP-supported marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and eager to expand their expertise across multiple marketing technology platforms.Key AccountabilitiesCampaign Execution & Audience Activation:Support end-to-end campaign operations across email, personalization, and customer engagement platforms.Build and maintain audience segments, campaign configurations, and activation workflows under the guidance of senior team members.Assist with audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign deployment activities.Support lifecycle marketing programs by executing audience updates, journey changes, and campaign enhancements.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into operational execution.Quality Assurance & Delivery:Conduct pre-deployment QA across platforms – including link testing, audience validation, content rendering checks, and data verification.Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues impacting campaign delivery or audience activation.Maintain consistent QA documentation across all active campaigns to ensure a high standard of delivery.Marketing Technology Operations:Support day-to-day administration and execution activities across marketing technology platforms, including CRM, email, personalization, and customer data platforms.Document operational processes, workflows, and platform requirements.Participate in platform enhancements, implementation projects, and process optimization efforts.Required SkillsBachelor's degree, or professional equivalent, is required.2–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, Campaign Operations, or related marketing technology roles.Experience supporting campaign execution within an ESP, marketing automation platform, or CRM ecosystem.Experience with audience segmentation, campaign setup, and quality assurance processes.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.Strong communication and organizational skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.Exposure to personalization platforms, testing tools, or digital optimization programs.Experience working with customer data, audience segmentation, or data-driven marketing initiatives.Familiarity with SQL, data validation, or reporting tools.Exposure to CDP platforms such as Treasure Data, Segment, mParticle, Adobe Real-Time CDP, or similar technologies.Partner's Consulting is an award-winning IT Consulting and Recruiting firm based in the Philadelphia area.
