We are currently hiring for our Residential Homes, offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule. Locations: Positions available in Durham, Exeter, and Rochester What You'll Do: Residential Role (Full-Time, Part-Time, Per diem) As a Residential Direct Support Associate, you'll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs. Responsibilities include: Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events Following personalized care plans Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety What We're Looking For: We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Residential Counselor Caregiver Behavior Technician Support Counselor Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required Compensation: Residential: $22.62 - $24 hourly, dependent upon program needs.
