Job Description Key Responsibilities: Deliver Excellence: Provide friendly, top-tier customer service while delivering orders safely to homes and businesses. Customer Service: Take orders over the phone and in-person accurately and efficiently. Team Support: Assist with food preparation and make-line tasks during downtime. Inventory: Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler. Maintenance: Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready. Qualifications Requirements: Age: Must be at least 18 years old Driver's License: Valid license with a minimum of 1 year driving history Vehicle: Reliable vehicle with current registration and valid auto insurance (your name must be listed on the policy) Screening: Ability to pass background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Navigation: GPS proficiency to navigate delivery areas efficiently Physical & Working Conditions: Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, carry items up to 30 lbs, and occasionally climb ladders or stairs Environment: Work in fast-paced setting with exposure to temperature extremes (36F to 500F), food fumes, and occasional adverse weather Sensory & Communication: Clear vision, depth perception, ability to hear and speak clearly on the telephone, and capacity to work under stress while maintaining quality standards Additional Information Real Opportunity: More than 95% of Domino's franchise owners in the U.S. started as drivers or pizza makers.
