Workplace Technology & Operations Co-Ordinator

Job DescriptionThe Workplace Technology & Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of workplace technology, facilities operations and workplace services. This role ensures a seamless employee experience through the effective delivery of AV solutions, meeting room technology, workplace systems, reporting and vendor management.Salary 45 - 50k DOEJob ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite support for workplace technology, including AV systems, meeting rooms, MS Teams, Zoom and room booking platforms.Troubleshoot and resolve workplace technology issues, escalating where required.Coordinate maintenance activities, office moves, workplace changes and events.Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery standards are achieved.Produce KPI reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools.Conduct workplace audits and ensure compliance with health & safety and service requirements.Identify and implement improvements to workplace technology, operational efficiency and employee experience.Qualifications3+ years' experience in Workplace Operations, Facilities Management, Workplace Technology or Technical FM.Experience supporting AV systems, meeting room technology, MS Teams and Zoom.Strong Excel and reporting skills.Excellent troubleshooting, customer service and stakeholder management skills.DesirableExperience with Power BI, SQL or business intelligence tools.Knowledge of smart workplace technologies and occupancy analytics.Experience supporting workplace transformation or technology projects
