Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially sharp Market Intelligence & Strategy Specialist to serve as our principal internal strategic advisor for the Indian market. In this senior advisory seat, you will hold complete accountability for dissecting the macro and micro realities of the Indian FX/CFD trading landscape—mapping customer acquisition channels, evaluating competitor pricing models, and auditing local payment experience metrics. Moving beyond passive data gathering, you will act as a core regulatory and commercial gatekeeper, interpreting local operating restrictions to steer our go-to-market strategy. This role demands a matrix-fluent analyst who can transform ambiguous market questions into structured playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and decisive growth recommendations for senior HQ stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep Market Intelligence Analysis: Conduct exhaustive quantitative and qualitative research on the Indian FX/CFD vertical, isolating localized user trading behavior, retention patterns, trust barriers, and lifecycle growth metrics.
• Competitor Ecosystem Auditing: Map and analyze how offshore brokerage brands position their software, convert market demand into revenue, and leverage structured affiliate loops.
• Regulatory Environment Monitoring: Track and evaluate evolving legislative boundaries within India, specifically highlighting compliance variables surrounding resident engagement in offshore leveraged forex and CFD activities versus permitted onshore exchange-traded solutions.
• Introducing Broker (IB) Optimization: Identify, evaluate, and optimize regional channel mix combinations, partner commission models, and local Introducing Broker (IB) networks to unlock scalable growth.
• Strategic GTM Refinement: Isolate internal product and operational gaps, delivering structured recommendations to global leadership on localized pricing strategies, payment gateway experiences, and support infrastructure.
• Matrix Team Alignment: Collaborate closely with regional commercial managers and HQ engineering/product stakeholders to smoothly convert local insights into actionable action plans and synchronized milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive professional history running market intelligence, corporate strategy, or quantitative business analysis tracks.
• Minimum of 3+ years of explicit, hands-on experience operating directly within the Indian market for a **CFD broker, multi-asset trading firm, or premium retail fintech financial services platform**.
• Deep, practical technical knowledge of the Indian financial ecosystem, including user deposit/withdrawal expectations, localized acquisition channels, and **IB/affiliate network dynamics**.
• Comprehensive conceptual understanding of the legal frameworks and structural constraints governing leveraged currency trading and derivative allocations within India.
• Proven capacity to turn highly unstructured, ambiguous market conditions into clear visual frameworks, sharp strategic data points, and actionable executive advice.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a highly related quantitative field.
