For those of you who have sales experience but do not have debt validation or deb settlement sales experience below is a short but to-the-point job Description:

We specialize in offering hard-working Americans strategic debt relief solutions to help them regain financial freedom and start saving for the future. We are looking to hire Sr Financial Consultants that focus on educating consumers to enable them to make smart decisions to pay off their debt faster and for less. SFC’s are provided with high-quality leads daily from a variety of well-established marketing channels that creates a solid 6-figure earning potential.

Responsibilities:

· Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting

· Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to resolve their debt

· Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity

· Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses

· Consistently follow all Company policies and procedures

· Adhere to all Compliance regulations and requirements

· Provide customer support to the client base to help with retention

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to utilize a consultative sales approach

· Strong time management skills

· Professional and reliable

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Availability to work full-time

· Customer Service, Mortgage, personal loan or debt settlement/resolution experience (preferred)

· 2 years of phones sales or related experience (preferred)
