Program Management
Strong Program Management skills . Should be able to manage the scope, timeline and budget working with large number of stakeholders. Should be able to navigate stakeholders to drive the project outcome in an ambiguous environment.
Tools : Should have worked on JIRA as it is used extensively to track programs , issues etc.,
Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills as need to talk to a diverse group of stakeholders who are geographically distributed
