Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family Physician Assistant (PA ) to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado. Located just 20 minutes from Boulder and 45 minutes from Denver, Longmont offers the perfect mix of small-town charm and access to big city amenities.

Position Highlights:

• Flexible scheduling: 4-day work week option available

• Outpatient clinic: M-F schedule with no weekends

• 18-20 patients per day in a busy, well-established clinic

• 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time

• Limited shared call (phone consult only)

• Medical assistants, front desk, and leadership support

• Join a tenured team of providers with long-standing ties to the Longmont community

• Newly refurbished clinic featuring fresh paint, updated flooring, new artwork, and modern furniturecreating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff

• Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest

Qualifications:

• 2+ years post-graduate experience in an outpatient primary care setting required

• Board Certified PA-C

• Valid Colorado license (or ability to obtain one)

• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000-$145,000 (based on experience) plus incentives
