We are seeking an experienced HOA Portfolio Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our homeowners association. The ideal candidate must already have hands-on HOA management experience and possess accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HOA operations and community relations
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams
• Handle homeowner communications and resolve issues professionally
• Enforce HOA rules and regulations fairly and consistently
• Prepare meeting agendas, attend board meetings, and maintain records
• Assist with budgets, invoices, dues collection, and financial reporting
• Maintain organized files, reports, and association documentation

Requirements

• Previous HOA property management experience required at least 3 years as Portfolio manager.
• Accounting and bookkeeping skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Experience with HOA software and Microsoft Office preferred
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HOA laws and compliance requirements
• Experience working with HOA boards and residents.
